Notary and Registry Fees
This includes the costs necessary to draw up and register the property, as well as the costs of related procedures, fees, and taxes.
Technical Fees
This includes all costs arising from consulting and technical assistance, including:
Project Management
Demolition Project and Management, if applicable
Building Project
Construction Management and Supervision
Safety Study and Coordination
Partial Projects for electrical, HVAC, gas, solar thermal energy, and telecommunications infrastructure installations
Activity Projects, if applicable
Final Construction Documentation
Licenses and Permits
This includes the cost of building permits, utility connection fees, taxes, certificates, and other necessary documentation for the execution of the project.
Insurance and External Inspection Bodies
This includes the cost of insurance policies payable by the developer to cover material damages or provide a surety bond, and, if applicable, the fees of external inspection bodies.
Administrative Management
This includes the proportional share of administrative costs related to the project’s promotion, such as office rent and amortization, administrative staff salaries, external file management, tax and accounting advice, consumables, and maintenance.
Other Promotion Costs
This category includes a provision to cover costs that are difficult to estimate and may arise during the course of the promotion.
